Miley our budding young pop star and daughter of C&W star Billy Rae Cyrus, seems comfortable wearing some outrageously terrible outfits! I’m talking bad taste here – without merit! Sometimes as in her video “Wrecking Ball”, she preferred to be naked – a slight improvement over some of her costume selections of late, but still in bad taste! She’s an entertainer who loves to shock the public and in 2013 at the VMA show, she wore plastic underwear while twerking on stage. After the VMA’s she dyed her hair a hideous shade of blue. Fans inquired about her color choice and she Tweeted that it was a “platinum” color. Hmmm?
