Barrymore married her first husband, bar owner Jeremy Thomas, at the age of nineteen in 1994, but she filed for divorce after two months. In 2011, Barrymore began dating art consultant by the name of Will Kopelman. The couple announced their engagement in January 2012,  and married on June 2, 2012 in Montecito, California. Barrymore and Kopelman have two daughters: Olive Barrymore Kopelman and Frankie Barrymore Kopelman.
